1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using My Growth's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Scope of Services

My Growth provides the following services:

  • Website design and development
  • Domain registration (through OpenSRS)
  • Web hosting services
  • Email setup and configuration (Google Workspace)
  • Related technical support and maintenance

3. Payments

Pricing: All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes before they take effect for ongoing services.

Payment Terms:

  • One-time packages (Starter Site, Growth Site): 50% deposit required to begin work, remaining 50% due upon completion
  • Monthly services (Pro package, hosting, email): First payment plus setup fees due before service begins, then monthly billing
  • All payments are non-refundable except as specified in the Cancellation section
  • Late payments may result in service suspension

4. Turnaround Times and Revisions

Turnaround Times: Turnaround times are estimates and begin from when we receive all necessary content from you. Delays in providing content will extend the timeline.

Revisions: All packages include a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees. Revisions must be requested within 30 days of initial delivery.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your business
  • Provide necessary content, images, and materials in a timely manner
  • Review and approve work within reasonable timeframes
  • Ensure you have rights to use any content you provide
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final website design and code (excluding third-party frameworks and libraries). We retain the right to use your completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

Any third-party content, fonts, images, or tools remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their own licensing terms.

7. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party services (OpenSRS, Google Workspace, hosting providers). These services are subject to their own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of third-party services.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation by Client: You may cancel a project before work begins for a full refund of any deposits paid. Once work has begun, deposits are non-refundable. For monthly services, you may cancel with 30 days written notice.

Cancellation by My Growth: We reserve the right to cancel a project and refund deposits if we cannot fulfill the requirements or if payment is not received.

No Refunds: Once a website is delivered and payment is complete, no refunds are provided unless we fail to deliver the agreed services.

9. Liability

My Growth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for any loss of data, business, revenue, or profits that may result from the use or inability to use our services.

10. Service Availability

While we strive for high uptime, we do not guarantee that our services will be available 100% of the time. We are not liable for service interruptions, maintenance, or issues beyond our control.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
